Jo Redman is a world champion kickboxer with Asperger's Syndrome and ADHD as well as an autism advocate and a public speaker. She is from the UK. She was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome as an adult in 2010 (when she was 23), and with ADHD even later, when she was 28. She started kickboxing on her father's advice when she was 13 to improve her self-confidence issues. She is now a multiple World Champion, a MAI Hall of Fame recipient and the proud winner of local sports awards. She is also a patron for Anna Kennedy Online.
